Airport Transfers

Brisbane’s international and domestic airports are approximately 20km/20 minute drive north east of the central business district (CBD). Visitors can reach the central business district by taxi, shuttle bus or train.


Taxi

A taxi rank is located a the northern end of the arrivals area on level 2 at Brisbane International Terminal. At the Brisbane Domestic Terminal the taxi rank is located centrally in front of the terminal. Fares from the airport to Brisbane CBD range from AUD45 – AUD60.

Airport Shuttle Bus

Con-X-ion Airport Transfers provides transport services to all major accommodation houses, door-to-door in the Brisbane CBD. Transfers with Con-X-ion are available from both the iternational and domestic airport terminals. At the International Terminal transfers can be booked at the Visitors Information Counter in the Arrivals Lounge on level 2.

The cost of a one-way adult fare is approx. AUD20.00.


Train

Airtrain services run frequently from Brisbane Airport to the centre of Brisbane and the express, air-conditioned journey takes only 20 minutes. The airport stations are located directly outside the Domestic and International terminals and connect with 5 stations covering 80% of downtown Brisbane.

The Airtrain rail service links Brisbane domestic and international airport terminals to the Brisbane CBD. The service operates every day between 5:00am and 10pm, departing every 30 minutes, and takes approximately 22 minutes.The cost of a one-way adult ticket is approx. AUD $17.50.
